Encompass begins every living area project by comparing your current situation with your needs for the project. What is working for you currently? What new spaces do you feel would make your life better or your family life less chaotic? What activities do you wish you had space to do in your home?
Next, we encourage you to look into the future. How long do you plan to stay in your home? Will the size of your family change? Will the activities you plan to do in your home change?

Designing to your Budget
The #1 way we are able to help our clients design within their budgets is by helping them envision new, more efficient use of the space they already have. If we are able to reconfigure or update an existing room home, that saves a bundle.
Once we have established the new areas that need to be built, our designers work closely with a dedicated pricing manager to determine the price of the new plan as it is developed. This way you are able to make informed choices throughout the design so you are not surprised with a huge number you didn’t expect at the end of design.
Ensuring the Success of your Construction Project
When the design is complete and we are ready to begin construction, we are diligent about ensuring that our construction team understands all of the details, expectations and desired results that were discussed in the design process. This is the biggest benefit of working with a Design/Build firm rather than hiring a construction company to build from plans by an independent designer or architect.
The turnover from design to the construction department includes everyone at Encompass who is responsible for the success of your project: design, pricing, production and you. Considerable time is spent prior to start ensuring that you are comfortable with the team’s understanding of your expectations.
During the construction process you will receive project schedules and meet with the a leader on the construction team weekly to cover your questions or concerns.
