Troy Fenley

Owner and Founder

Troy founded Encompass in 2001 with the vision of professionalizing the remodeling industry in Northern Virginia. In the ensuing 7 years, he has applied his background with corporate giants and entrepreneurial start-ups, his strengths in sales, business development and project management, and his passion for construction to help Encompass grow and serve busy professionals.

Troy is a committed professional and an advocate of local communities. His gregarious nature lends itself to cultivating and building collaborative relationships that foster good will and new business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Adrienne Fenley

Owner, Marketing Manager

While Adrienne currently serves Encompass as Marketing Manager, she founded Encompass with Troy over 7 years ago. She built the finance and office management departments from the ground up, and has developed efficient management processes and systems that have grown with the company. Adrienne graduated from the Newhouse School of Public Communications, Syracuse University, with a degree in Public Relations. She has over 15 years’ experience in small business management, focusing on marketing, project management and administration.

Ben Wright

Vice President, Finance

Ben is key to offering you a fixed-price contract with no hidden costs. During each phase of the design process, Ben keeps a pulse on the overall budget and helps you understand the financial impact of each available design option. This helps you arrive at a final solution that you love and can afford.

Ben's involvement doesn't end when construction begins. He will oversee your project finances throughout, keep you informed with regular financial updates, and answer all of your questions.

Ben is a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, and is currently pursuing his MBA at Penn State. Ben has been with Encompass for over 6 years. He has moved through the ranks from Project Manager to Finance Manager, to VP of Finance.

Christina Simon ASID, CKD

Vice President, Design

Christina and her team are the spark behind the innovative designs that cause people to knock on our clients’ doors to ask who built their homes. Christina's impressive credentials include 20 years' experience in design/build, kitchen/bath design, residential and commercial interiors, textiles, and architecture. She holds a BS in Housing, Interior Design, and Resource Management from Virginia Tech. She became NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) Certified in 1998 and became a Certified Kitchen Designer in 2006. She is also a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers.

Christina, working in concert with Ben who manages all pricing details, leads you through the challenging first phase of remodeling. You will receive more than creative designs from Christina; you will see your design options in 3-D and be guided in all product selections - from cabinetry to plumbing and lighting fixtures to paint colors. Christina's goal is to exceed your expectations and provide an excellent customer experience throughout the design process. You can rest easy knowing that our design phase will consider every detail.

BJ Petroskey

Vice President, Production

BJ is your #1 advocate during the construction process. BJ keeps you updated on progress, helps you make decisions along the way, resolves any issues that arise, answers all your questions and moves your project to completion. He ensures that our on-staff construction professionals are well trained and that they operate in the safest manner possible.

BJ joined Encompass with substantial industry knowledge. He has worked diligently through every rank of the remodeling/construction ladder – from laborer to head of production – which makes BJ an effective manager and teacher for our team members at all levels. Before joining Encompass, BJ served as Director of Production and Production Manager for other successful renovators and remodelers in Northern Virginia.
