Troy Fenley – Co-owner and founder.  Troy is an expert in sales and business development — with comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry. Troy does an amazing job leading this fast-growing, profitable, well-respected company.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Chris Neumann – Co-owner.  Chris is the spark behind the innovative designs that cause people to knock on our clients’ doors to ask who built their homes.  Chris has a solid track record growing small businesses and has groomed a highly talented team of designers who lead our clients through the challenging first phase of remodeling.  Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from University of Maryland.

Sales Manager – Our sales manager will help you decide if Encompass is the right fit for you.  Whole-house remodeling is a very long process and requires a strong, trusting partnership between you and the firm you choose.  This person will answer all your questions about design-build remodeling so you are confident that you are making a well-informed choice.

Design Team – You will receive more than architectural designs from these amazingly creative individuals.   You will be guided in all selections, from plumbing fixtures to lighting to paint colors.  You will see your design in 3-D and even see how your furniture will work in the new space.  You can rest easy knowing that our designers will consider every detail.

Finance Manager – This person is key to offering you a fixed-price contract with no hidden costs.  You work together as a team, investigating your design options and settling on a final solution that you love and can afford.

Construction Manager – Your #1 advocate during the construction process.  This person will keep you updated on progress, help you make decisions along the way, resolve any issues that arise, answer all questions and move your project to completion.  This person ensures that the right talent is working on your project at the right time.  He ensures that our on-staff construction professionals are well trained and that they operate in the safest manner possible.
